Interim HR Transformation Change Lead (TOM)

Projektbeschreibung
The transformation is underpinned by the implementation of a cloud based system and global payroll solution.
You will be a highly experienced Change Lead with extensive experience of designing and implementing global, technology-enabled change of HR Operating models.
Most importantly you will be a natural coach and facilitator with gravitas and resilience. Due to the transformation, there is unsurprisingly an uncertain and nervous culture so it's important you truly understand the psychology of all involved and establish rapport quickly.
You will be required to develop the Change Management approach (including change impact assessment, change readiness assessment, training needs analysis stakeholder mapping & engagement, communications etc).
Significantly, you will need to collaborate with a wide group of internal and external delivery resources. You must be able to operate equally well at strategic and detail levels, and be able to shuttle between the two dependent on audience and circumstances
To be considered for this role it is important that you have advanced knowledge of best practise HR operating models (Ulrich) that compromises of HR Shared Services, Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, HRIS and HR processes. It would be highly desirable if you have knowledge/experience of cloud based systems such as Workday, Successfactors, Cornerstone, Oracle Fusion etc.
You must be able to demonstrate a strong and successful track record of operating at Change Lead/Manager level within global transformation programmes
My client is looking for someone to start no later than Monday 22nd September. The role will be an initial 3 month contract with a strong likelihood of an extension
