Interim HR Systems Implementation Consultant

A major international blue chip company based in South West London has identified an exciting opportunity for an Interim Implementation Consultant to support a monumental global system integration programme. As the Implementation Consultant you will be the single point of contact for the business unit during their implementation phase, you will conduct detailed impact assessments on each unit to assess their readiness for the transition, understand the different needs of each unit and identify an implementation service to cater for those needs. You will engage with and support the business units through the transition and manage the balance of BAU learning operations whilst ensuring all implementation workstreams are delivered. The successful candidate will have a strong background implementing and rolling out management systems across global organisations and experience in working with learning management systems. You will have well developed communication, analytical and consultancy skills, be results driven and deliver focused and have a proven track record of working in a fast paced challenging environment and delivering to deadlines.
