Interim HR Systems Consultant - 6 months FTC

This role is an excellent opportunity to lead on a critical HR admin, process and system improvement project that will ensure an increase in HR service levels and accuracy of people data. As an integral part of an established HR Team based at Head Office; you will work closely with HR colleagues and the IT function to review current HR System functionality, ensure integrity of people data and formulate suggestions for system improvements. As well as acting as a HR Systems Specialist, you will also take a pragmatic approach to process improvement and working closely with the HR Admin Manager, formulate effective and efficient HR process.

You will be experienced in HR Systems and will ideally have experience of system review and implementation projects. You will be a strong project manager with strengths in data analysis and process improvements.
