Other key responsibilities:
* Project managing the transition to ensure targets are achieved whilst HR services are maintained.
* Working with subject experts and key steakholders to ensure that all system requirements are captured and included in transition plans( this includes data to support the interface between the current Oracle HR system to the new system and Payroll provider)
* Supporting Head of HR and HR Systems Project Manager in the delivery of shared objectives.
To apply for this role you must have:
* Strong knowledge in HR Systems (Oracle and MS Dynamics preferred)
* Experience of Project Managing a system upgrade to a successful outcome.
* A Technical Background in use and developing of HR Systems.
* Experience in Project Managing methodology and governance.
* Experience in Stakeholder management.
* Experience of working for public sector, ideally central government organizations
