Interim HR Project Manager (for two Separate Projects)

My client is looking for an Interim HR Project Manager to complete two projects over a 2 month period. They are:

1. Performance management - an internal SAP based system was implemented last year with a few teething problems. They want this person to take the lead in training, embedding and engaging stakeholders on functionality, principles and the value of its use. You don't need to be a technical expert and there are already training materials in place but a good understanding of training on new systems and the principles around performance management are essential. You will also need excellent training delivery experience and advanced in using PowerPoint.

2. Recruitment/restructure - as part of a transformation within a commercial operation, you will support with the selection and recruitment of internal applicants. The restructure will result in roles being offshored and therefore a robust and rigorous process for selection on the reduced roles available will take place. Proven experience and knowledge in this area is essential.
