Interim HR Project Manager

I am urgently looking for an Interim HR Project Manager for my healthcare client based in Manchester. You will be responsible for 2 projects : one is a harmonisation of T&Cs and policies and the other is the design and implementation of a new induction programme for new starters. They've come about as a result of the large scale re-organisation that the organisation has recently gone through. Deadline for applying is Wed, 19th March.

You will be mainly responsible for:
- Harmonisation of policies, reward schemes and jobs frameworks,
- Designing induction programmes for new starters,
- Extensive stakeholder management,
- Managing plans and project finances and risks,
- Sponsorship engagement.

To be considered for this post you must have:
- Experience of working in the HR space with a focus on process implementation and supplier management,
- Excellent stakeholder management experience,
- Experience of working on harmonisation and induction programme projects,
- Track record of working for a complex private sector organisations (blue chip) or a mixture of both private and public sector,
- Project management experience.
