Interim HR Project Manager

Our Central Government Client is seeking for an enthusiastic HR professional to support the delivery of strategic change projects, co-ordinating HR activity with wider business activity to ensure successful implementation and people impacts. Deadline for this role is Monday 3rd April.

Other responsibilities will include:

* Delivering the final signed off selection approach to reflect the phased nature of project implementation and the need to achieve business continuity across existing and new structures during transition.

* Leading on selection activities (matching, ring fences etc) and any interviewing etc that needs to be arranged

* Supporting Trader Review project manager in driving continued engagement activity with people affected

* Managing the delivery of the project objectives to a plan including identification and monitoring of critical project milestones amd risk identification and management

* Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with the project sponsors, stakeholders, users, technology groups during all stages of the project lifecycle, to support implementation

To be considerate for this role you must:

* Have a proven track record in delivering major HR change involving significant numbers of staff and volumes of work using a structured delivery methodology from end to end under a rigorous quality regime

* Have a proven track record of managing, leading and motivating the people on

a day to day basis

*Have stong project management skills

* Previous experience of delivering change through Business Process &

Change Projects

* Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Project, MS Powerpoint and MS Visio qualified
