The role;

This role is responsible for ensuring that all Human Resources activities are managed effectively and in accordance with Company policies and procedures. The HRBP will be responsible for working with the business to ensure training is delivered in accordance with the training plans produced in conjunction with the Directors/Managers

About the role;

This is a Regional role covering Surrey and East Sussex.

The main duties of the role will involve, but are not limited to, provision of advice and guidance to all managers of any HR related issues, including; discipline and grievance, absence management, under performance and working in conjunction with Managers to resolve any long term sick issues.
You will be responsible for carrying out any training workshops to Management on any HR or Group procedures or initiatives as necessary, you will also work with the managers to suggest ways of improving the training plans, as up skilling is key to this role.
You will also manage the recruitment process, ensuring the right people are recruited for the role identified and supporting managers with the interview process.

What you'll need;

To carry out the role effectively you will be a rounded HR generalist with experience gained across a range of activities across the public and private sector, you will have union experience and experience of delivering training. You will be part or fully CIPD qualified.
