One of the positions will have more of a reward focus, where the successful candidate will be required to work alongside a consultancy, and will play a key role in the annual pay review.
For the second position, the successful candidate will be a strong generalist, with a passion for learning and development, and will contribute towards increasing capability across the organisation.
These roles are part of a newly created Target Operating Model, and you will be joining an exciting organisation during a substantial period of change. You must be able to work at pace and with flexibility, and must be able to build relationships quickly with a range of challenging stakeholders across the organisation.
