We are currently seeking an HR Manager, and this individual will manage UK HR operations and report to the VP of Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to meet the company's needs.
- Assist with the necessary advertising in appropriate places to ensure the recruitment of qualified individuals as well as researching new places to advertise.
- Working with hiring managers to assist with recruitment.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Sourcing and contacting suitable potential candidates for job vacancies, utilising online databases and job postings
- Track all candidate activity status updates via online systems and report back as required
- Coordinate interview arrangements including Video Conference Interface with the internal departments and candidates
- Work with managers and senior leadership on employee development
- Design and implement rollout plans for programs and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and coaching on employee issues, feedback, career planning, etc.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit
- Communication and implementation of HR policies and programs
- QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 2-4 years of HR/administrative Recruitment process role
- The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree preferably in HR Business Management or related fields
- Well practiced interviewing skills, having successfully selected high performing individuals from entry level to management
- Sense of humor and desire to tackle new challenges frequently
- Ability to work with, and influence, a diverse swath of the organization (ie across function, level, location, etc.) and tailor communications based on the audience
- Self-motivated and assertive - ability to hunt down answers and drive solutions autonomously
- Ability to drive organizational change and talent development
- Strong relationship-building and team collaboration skills
- Comfortable operating in a start-up environment and working on a strategic and tactical level
- Experience with Bullhorn or other applicant tracking system
