Interim HR-Manager (m/f)

Projektbeschreibung

- Provide support, leadership and consultation to the business leaders
- Assist managers and employees directly by providing guidance in their career development, and HR processes provide guidance and advice to management on employee development, coaching, counseling, conflict management and discipline to bring resolution in accordance with company philosophy and policies
- Introduce programs & processes that assist business leaders in managing resources to achieve organizational goals in conjunction with our HR corporate functions
- Support & facilitate initiatives that increase employee retention & performance
- Participate in national and international Human Resources Projects
- Foster company initiatives, partner with senior leadership on design and implementation of such programs, and maintain program efficiency
- Develop and enhance business leadership and support a culture of collaboration with the leadership teams supported
- University Degree (Bachelor or Master) or relevant working experience
- Experience of progressive HR in a Business Partner role, ideally gained in fast paced high-tech/software companies
- A thorough understanding of German employment law, including the laws and practices relating to Works Councils
- Knowledge of labor laws of other European countries (Austria, Switzerland, Russia) is a plus
- Expert experience in MS Office. Social media skills are an asset.
- Fluency in English is essential. Other languages will be advantageous
