Interim HR Generalist

INTERIM HR GENERALIST/LONDON - £40,000

A part/time, interim opportunity has arisen for an HR Generalist Business Partner to join my client on a 12 months basis, with potential for extension. This is an opportunity to work within a highly public facing organisation, for an HR Business Partner looking for flexible working.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the HR Business Partner, you will be working with management teams, advising on a number of topics, such as workforce planning, talent attraction and exit management. You will be leading on a range of ER cases, from absence management to grievances. You will be coaching managers in people management practices, providing guidance on complex HR issues. In addition to this, you will be deputising for the Head of HR when needed.

ABOUT YOU:

As the HR Business Partner, you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a small to medium organisation, where you were involved within a wide range of HR duties and functions. In addition to this, you will need the following:

* Extensive experience within an HR Generalist position

* Hands on Employee Engagement and Employee Relations experience

* Experience within Talent Attraction, Recruitment

* Experience using HR information systems.

My client is offering a pro/rata salary of GBP 40,000 for this interim P/T vacancy. There is a strong chance of a permanent position after the 12 months. My client is looking for an immediate starter, who is able to hit the ground running.
