My client, a private healthcare provider, is looking to recruit an Interim Employee Relations/HR Manager to cover the following regions: London, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Birmingham and Leicestershire. Travelling will be expensed but please note a lot of the need is in the London area.
My client is specifically looking for people with strong ER experience in a challenging, fast paced environment. You will work closely with managers to reduce a backlog of ER cases and outstanding grievances. You will be required to lead disciplinaries, dealing with investigations, managing sickness & absence issues, coaching managers on ER and employee relationship management.
Candidates will preferably have healthcare experience, be able to work on their own, be self-directed, and have great initiative, compassion and a firm handle on detail for investigation, ER, disciplinary and absence.
You will have excellent HR generalist experience as well as being CIPD qualified. Coaching skills to work with Managers to encourage good practice, improve moral & engagement is also essential.
