From short term projects to multi-year transformations, we have been the agency of choice for leading European companies the last 10 years. Currently I am searching for one of my global clients an interim HR Director for Russia. The ideal candidate would be either a Russian national with strong international background or an expatriate with at least 2 years of senior HR line management or consulting experience in Russia and Eastern Europe. Track record implementing HR business processes at blue chip global organizations is a distinct advantage. Fluent Russian and English are required.
