A background in infrastructure services, support services or construction would be preferred but is not essential. What is important is excellent business partnering skills as well as the TUPE/ER experience, within organisations that bid for and win contracts.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR Business Partner to join a high profile organisation, during a substantial period of growth/change. Whilst this is initially an interim opportunity, there is the potential for this to become a permanent role/to be extended for substantially longer.
