INTERIM HR BUSINESS PARTNER/MANAGER, CHESTERFIELD

A global leader in their field are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner or Manager with particular experience in Restructure, Change Managent or Projects to join their Chesterfield based HR team. Due to their environment being multi-site and geographically dispersed with many of their people being based at customer locations. Becuas of this environment you must be flexible to travel.

The position is covering maternity leave and will be for a period of 6 months +.

RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- You will be responsible for agreeing, measuring and reporting effectiveness of the change initiatives and ensuring continuous imporvement against these measures.
- The successful candidate will possess proven ability to facilitate and manage change in a complex and fast paced environment.
- You are also expected to possess solid negotiating, influencing and communication skills that allow them to establish credible working relationships with all employee's of the business.
- Due to their business model, experience of TUPE in practice would be beneficial, but they could provide additional guidance for the right candidate.
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts/HR Transformation Programmes.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
- A driving license is essential and you must be prepared to travel within the UK as required.
