My client, a global organisation, is looking to recruit an interim HR Business Partner to support an IT Transformation. You will be managing and supporting various HR and Change workstreams to ensure the changes are being delivered, this will include the consultations, organisation design plans, ER issues, transitioning employees and ensuring the plan is being adhered to. You will be a natural leader and coach of other people
You will have a strong HR Generalist background as well as Organisation Design, Change Management, Communications and ideally IT Transformation. The business's outcome is to have a globalised and integrated IT provision as it is currently fragmented, with each country operating differently.
