You must have worked within the facilities management sector for at least 1 year to be considered for this role
The role is extremely varied and diverse. You will be supporting the business both strategically and operationally. Your typical responsibilities will cover TUPE, ER, Recruitment, L&D and coaching relevant line managers to deliver pragmatic people solutions
There is a huge opportunity to improve and develop the HR function and offering as well as getting involved in M&A, change management and transition.
To be considered for this role you must also be an experienced HR business partner with experience in TUPE, change management, recruitment and employee relations
You will enjoy working in a fast paced, changeable and highly driven business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HRBP who enjoys variation and utilising both their operational and strategic skills.
