My client, an ambitious and entrepreneurial organisation, is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to support with two key change projects on a 6 month basis.
You will support with a restructure of the operations team starting with the capability assessment in each site, re-writing job specs, leading consultations, managing the recruitment and selection process, changing terms and conditions and identifying & implementing up-skilling opportunities/programmes. The business outcome is to have a more lean and effective structure that rewards and recognises/invests their best people.
You will also support with a recruitment project that will enable them to attract and retain the best talent on the market. The nature of their industry means they have high turnover so their recruitment strategy is paramount to their continued success. You will also support on other areas around this such as talent management, grading structures, performance management process, appraisal process etc as they are looking to re-engineering these too.
The successful individual will have a strong HR generalist background and proven experience in delivering change projects such as restructures, recruitment and retention initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to work and support a number of projects that will enable the business to move forward in their long term strategy
