I am currently looking for a HR Business Partner/Consultant to support my client through a business transformation programme. Your main objective is to support managers with employee relations advice and consultations. The job mapping and organisation design has been completed and you will be delivering and facilitating the change alongside other HR Business Partners. You will need a flexible, hands on, willing approach and a natural engaging, personable communication style.

To be considered for this assignment applicants need to live within a commutable distance of Northamptonshire.
