My client, a blue chip business, is seeking an interim HR Business Partner to support them on a 9 month contract. You will manage and support across a variety of disciplines such as recruitment, ER cases to succession planning and career development. Your role will be varied and extremely visible within the division.
You will need to be extremely hands on in your approach, have excellent employment law knowledge and a business focussed attitude. You need to be able to work at both an operational and strategic level, with a pragmatic approach and excellent at engaging with people at all levels.
