Our Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner for a period of 6 months through a period of change.

The role is fundamental in the delivery of the organisation's business objectives by managing a team of Business Consultants.

The role will involve:

- Ensuring all people considerations have been embedded in the business strategy
- Have accountability for the development, implementation and management of a variety of HR interventions required to achieve the business objectives
- Drive improved business outcomes through the development and implementation of an HR plan
- Ensure the formation of the business strategy recognises the HR opportunity and risk.
- Support in the implementation of a terms and conditions review project
- Support in the migration to Shared Services

To be considered for this opportunity you must:

- Be CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Have a proven track record of working within an HR Business Partner role within the Public Sector
- Have evidence of working within a change environment and ensuring HR considerations are fully embedded into a new business strategy
- Have a proven track record of supporting in the migration to Shared Services
