Projektbeschreibung
Duties:
To provide expert advice, guidance and support to client groups in their overall approach to the management of their people ensuring alignment to business strategies and corporate plans.
Work with client groups on new business opportunity HR impacts ie TUPE.
Identify analyse and understand client needs and demands and develop integrated business solutions that are understood and agreed.
Continuously review resource plans for each of my client groups to ensure that we are budgeting effectively and identifying ways of eliminating Single Points Of Failure and transferring knowledge along with reducing the need for Contractor resources which attract a high cost.
Proactively contract with client groups and HR&OD to provide efficient and progressive frameworks for all HR deliverables.
To drive optimal delivery of all core HR processes and bespoke interventions, for clients, as identified in the respective business plan.
To provide proactive HR&OD support for business change within client groups, in particular ensuring that the people impacts are handled effectively.
To provide proactive HR&OD support and advice to client groups in the management of manpower/establishment planning.
To provide pragmatic evaluation and analysis of potential risks involving people issues and the effective mitigation of those risks.
Applicants must be CIPD qualified (or equivalent). Any knowledge of European employment law is desirable
