JOB TITLE: INTERIM HR ADVISOR

LOCATION: WARWICK, WARWICKSHIRE

CONTRACT: 4 MONTHS INITIALLY WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

At least 2 years in an operational HR environment,providing generalist HR advice

Experience of working with Senior Managers

Dealing with employee relations and welfare issues.

Communicating highly complex and sensitive information

Working in a multi-disciplinary unionised environment.

Experience of providing general HR advice to diverse client group

Working across organisational boundaries

Broad range of IT skills such as Word, Excel & Outlook

Experience of delivering training courses/briefing sessions/Facilitation.
