My Client is looking for a passionate and driven HR Advisor to join a fast and dynamic environment within the Publice Sector for an Interim of 6 months. This is a brilliant opportunity for a HR Professional who is wanting to further their HR career

THE ROLE:

* Develop and maintain customer relationships (internal and external), demonstrating a thorough understanding of the business, their marketplace and the issues impacting people and organisational culture
* Provide day-to-day advice and support on a broad range of areas within HR (eg TUPE, performance management, reward and recognition, talent management etc).
* Assist and advise managers in application of employee relations procedures, attend hearings and appeals to ensure avoidance of litigation
* Assist in the development and execution of practical solutions to build, mobilise and evaluate our people
* Provide the business with relevant people information, to allow for effective planning and prioritising
* Participate in team or organisational projects relating to people and/or organisational culture

THE CANDIDATE:

* CIPD Qualified
* Tupe experience
* Previously worked within the Public Sector
* Sound knowledge of ER
