This extremely high profile financial services organisation require a Head of Talent and Resourcing to lead their teams in this area in addition to making fundamental changes to their approach in the discipline. The organisation has recently gained the ability to have much more authority in their activities and as such are embarking on three areas of change. HR Transformations, structural transformation and cultural transformation.

In their new HR model they require a Head of Talent and Resourcing to support leadership teams through this period of pressurised change. This will include BAU activities and managing both the strategic elements and operational elements of the above mentioned change.

Successful individuals will be well qualified Talent and Resourcing specialists with a wealth of experience in blue chip organisations that have significant change agendas. Your day to day BAU abilities will be second to none and you will be able to demonstrate significant change management experience and success within organisations of at least 10,000FTE where you have led change.
The roles are based in Canary Wharf five days a week. Day rate to £750 maximum for a 6 month period (probably extendable). Individuals must be able to demonstrate hands-on delivery of BAU and change management activities.
