MY CLIENT IN THE EAST MIDLANDS IS LOOKING FOR AN INTERIM HEAD OF SERVICE TO WORK WITHIN ADULT SOCIAL CARE SERVICES. THIS ROLE IS FOR A 5 MONTH CONTRACT.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage performance and improvement of the staff
- Care Reviews
- Overseeing budgets and reducing spend
- Overseeing the implementation of the Care Bill
THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE:
- Extensive experience in the following areas within a similar role in a Local Authority/Health Setting
- Be flexible and able to adapt to the changing environment of Adult Social Care Services
