This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take a lead role by advising, guiding and consulting with the client to achieve their recruitment objectives around reducing recruitment spend, finding and implementing new innovative ways of recruiting, promoting the employer brand, developing a referral scheme and introducing consistent processes.
This will also be a hands on role where you will assist in the recruitment and selection of new hires so a "roll up your sleeves" attitude is essential
The ideal person will have strong resourcing experience from strategy to cost savings and introducing more creative ways of recruiting. You will ideally have worked in a multi sited and unionised business
