You will also be responsible for:
- Weekly Delivery Board cycle, including the reporting cycle and ensuring that all relevant documentation is updated
- Reporting the work stream and risk management process, including support to the Accountable Leads in their identification and management of risk and issues,
- Supporting the Programme Director in the quality assurance of all PMO related outputs,
- Leading the development and maintenance of programme financial and resource reporting mechanisms,
- Presenting to colleagues and Programme team as appropriate,
- Undertaking specific tasks on behalf of the Programme Director,
-Developing and supporting a strong network of internal and external contacts
- To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
- Professional qualification in Project Management such as PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent
- Extensive understanding of political dimensions of operating within public sector and/or regulatory/utility sector
- Experience project and programme management, including assessing and managing risk
- Experience of leading a small team, working under pressure
- Previous experience in working with variety of stakeholders at different levels
