ROLE CONTEXT: Following a recent Private Equity acquisition, this mid-sized FS Company requires an Interim Head of Organisational Restructuring.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: Head of Organisational Restructuring with a commercial outlook. A thorough understanding of Italian legal frameworks, labour law and workers unions. Must be fluent in Italian.
CANDIDATE PROFILE WILL INCLUDE:
- Experience as a Head of Organisational Restructuring/Commercially focussed HRD
- Track record of organisational restructuring and process design
- Experience of working within Italian legal frameworks
- Experience of working with Italian workers unions and their processes
- Ability for budgeting and resource planning and ensuring these are deployed effectively across global offices.
- 10+ years' experience in an executive level leadership position.
