Interim Head of Housing Strategy, Investment and Performance - London - Approx 6 months, £Market Rate

An interim Head of Housing Strategy, Investment and Performance is required by this London Borough. Candidates will be degree educated and have extensive experience at senior manager level within a local authority, government department/agency or similar high profile organisation with comparable scope, responsibilities, budget and resources.

Working closely with the Director Housing and Heads of Divisions you will be responsible for:

- Delivery of Housing plans and strategies and other projects within agreed timescales.
- Delivery of performance management practices across the divisions.

You will be involved in leading and managing the successful delivery of:

- Housing Strategy
- Homelessness Management Plan
- HRA Business Planning
- Strategic Asset Management and capital planning
- Housing service performance management, monitoring and reporting
- Tenant and Resident engagement and satisfaction
- Statutory Section 202 Reviews
- Special policy and operational projects
- Housing ICT programme
