THE ROLE

Management Resources have been enlisted by a large PLC to engage an Interim Head of FP&A, reporting to the Group Financial Controller. Our client is a leading growth business with national reach. You will be responsible for the design, build and implementation of an integrated FP&A function. The role presents an excellent opportunity for the right person to contribute to the success of the function through strong financial leadership, partnering and direction.

Design, build and implement a new FP&A function with current and new resource

Creating and instilling new consolidated business processes and disciplines

Embedding this within the Group and Divisional functions (with the support of Divisional Heads of functions)

TO BE CONSIDERED:

You will be regarded as an inspirational leader, strong business partner, be able to demonstrate extensive business analysis and process skills, and have experience in successfully building a robust FP&A function.

You MUST be a qualified accountant, ideally with experience in Business-to-Business Services. The role holder will also demonstrate excellent communication skills with the proven ability to communicate easily across cultures and organisational levels.

SALARY

£500 - 600 per day, DOE (via Ltd Company)

3-6 month contract
