I am looking to hire a Interim Head of Facilities Management for one of the public sector client. Below is the Job description of the same.

LOCATION: London

DURATION: 4 Months

ADDITIONAL INFO: interviews from 19th October

Essential Experience:

- Previous senior FM and systems experience within an organisation of similar size and complexity and in particular outsourcing or working with shared service partners.
- Ability to provide strong and inspirational leadership recognising outstanding performance and dealing effectively with under performance
- Ability to constructively challenge and manage suppliers and outsourced corporate contracts, as appropriate to the
- Strong track record of success in managing and implementing organisational change and/or service transformation, with demonstrable experience of endorsing a ethos of corporate and personal responsibility, continuous improvement and collaborative working to achieve business priorities
- Substantial experience of stakeholder relationship management and working collaboratively in a complex, high profile environment
- Proven experience of implementing and reviewing governance and risk management processes specifically in relation to the government's Security Policy Framework and to support organisational compliance, performance and business continuity
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, including the ability to present complex messages through a range of media to suit diverse audiences.
