Interim Head of Digital Strategy

INTERIM HEAD OF DIGITAL STRATEGY - FACILITIES MANAGEMENT/REAL ESTATE

Interim Head of Digital Strategy is required to run a Digital/Technology enabled Transformation Programme for a Facilities Management/Real Estate organisation.

A thought-leader in the Digital arena, driving innovative solutions to enable and transform the business, from a user experience and customer service perspective. It is imperative you are a strong Digital lead with a proven track record of delivering business transformations in B2B, Retail or FMCG environments.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

4-5 years' experience in a relevant role.

Past experience of producing Road-maps. Leading and delivering on Digital strategy/agenda

Customer-centric project experience, ideally including Social Media

Proven ability in digital platform consolidation

Ability to perform as a sole-lead whilst also being a team-player. Will be leading a programme team

It is imperative you are a strong Digital Lead with a proven track record of delivering business transformations in B2B organisations.

Demonstrable experience of end to end Programme Delivery for B2B, retail or FMCG organisations in Agile methodology

Extensive experience in managing 3rd Party providers and outsource partners

Track record of platform consolidation

Extensive experience driving change through a digital enabled transformation

Strong and demonstrable experience in tackling and delivering extensive culture change centred on people and behaviours

Exceptional Programme Delivery track record

Excellent senior stakeholder management
