An NHS organisation is currently recruiting for a Head of Demand and Portfolio to work in a fast changing environment to manage a significant portfolio. The successful candidate will be experienced in working at board level and will have experience developing and leading a demand management team. You will also be leading the corporate decision making process across IT Projects within application development/software.
