As Interim Head of Buying you will play a pivotal role in managing all buying functions across each category. Managing a strong team consisting of 10-12 people you will also focus heavily on developing structures, internal capabilities and a performance culture to take the team and organisation to even greater heights of success.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of Buying in a fast paced retail organisation (ideally fashion)
- Broad experience of managing teams and driving change programmes
- Passionate, commercial and focused approach to unequivocally drive success
