Interim Group Senior Compliance Manager

THE CLIENT
Green Park are working with a leading Financial Services business to recruit an interim Senior Compliance Manager for a six month engagement.

THE ASSIGNMENT
Working within the Group function, the role will focus on:

- Identifying regulatory requirements and ensuring stakeholders are kept abreast on current developments
- Assessing regulatory impacts on the business and working with stakeholder groups to ensure compliance
- Communicating the impact of regulatory changes on business delivery and embed a culture of compliance across the business
- Providing challenge and oversight to local and regional compliance teams

THE INTERIM MANAGER

Senior Compliance professional with a proven track record in:

- Assessing and advising on the impact of regulatory change and actions required to address impact
- Interacting with regulatory bodies, working with multiple stakeholder groups
- Leading teams of technical experts
- Subject matter expertise in Risk Measurement, Management and Regulatory affairs
