THE CLIENT
Green Park is partnering a renowned Private Equity backed retailer through their continued development and brand repositioning across the UK and wider Europe, turnover £500 million.

Due to a transition at operating board, we require an Interim Group HR Director to join the executive leadership team for a period of 6 months.

THE INTERIM ASSIGNMENT
This will be a key leadership assignment which encompasses everything through executive relationship management across Europe; detailed HR strategy and roadmap development in addition to day to day running of the HR team.

THE INTERIM MANAGER
You will need to be an established proven Human Resource Director who has operated within highly recognised retailers, this experience will ideally be based around Private Equity turnaround within apparel however we will consider more generic general merchandise retail exposure.

In addition to being a proven Human Resource Director, we will also require an individual with superb management and interpersonal skills; you will be responsible for driving forward a newly established team as well as having full exec board stakeholder engagement, therefore as much as managing down will be of great importance, we will also need to see proven experience of managing up.
