INTERIM GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER/LONDON

Great opportunity as Interim Group Financial Controller of a Multi Country, Multi Currency Private equity funded market leading business in London. Full company information available on application. Ideally you should have experience in a FTSE 250 size business or similar. No specific industry experience is essential however Property, Infrastructure, Leasing or Telecom's would be beneficial.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

- Reporting/accounting
- Monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidated reporting to the board and shareholders, incorporating financials, KPIs and analysis vs plan
- Annual statutory financial report & audit
- Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
- Compliance, Controls & Processes
- Responsible for driving the use & application of best-practice controls, process and governance throughout group finance, particularly relating to the group preparing for an IPO in the future
- Responsible for ensuring compliance on tax and optimising the group's position
- Treasury & Planning
- Management of short-term cash and working capital
- Close liaison with the Planning & Treasury team to ensure the business is adequately funded and planned

PERSONAL PROFILE:

- Experience at either big 4 or global blue chip
- SOX or London FTSE 250 FR processes experience
- Either Group FC or Group Financial Reporting Manager in previous role
- Experience of multi-territory, multi-currency, multi-GAAP consolidation
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Excellent upwards & downwards communicator
- Ability to manage people in same office and remotely
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent Excel/ppt skills
- French language skills beneficial but not essential
