Interim Group Financial Controller

GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLERRobert Half Management Resources is recruiting for an Interim Group Financial Controller position, within a world-class infrastructure business.Operating in over 80 countries, it maintains leading positions in major markets.ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified, preferably through a top ten audit practice.
- 4+ years experience in Group Financial Controller/Financial Controller role(s) or equivalent.
- Experience within manufacturing is desirable
- Relevant experience of managing organisational change within a multi-national corporate environment preferred but not essential
- Strong personality capable of adapting quickly/effectively to new environments.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Preparation of group consolidated statutory accounts and presentation to board members.
- Preparation and consolidation of annual group budget
- Review and monitoring of internal and accounting controls at subsidiaries
- Primary accountability for ensuring legal and ethical adequacy of all financial procedures.
- Acquisition/disposal related work including due diligence
- Training, recruitment and leadership of the finance team.
- Assisting the board through analysing financial trends and strategic planning as required.
