Interim Global Resourcing Project Manager

My client is looking for an experienced Global Resourcing Project Manager to deliver a number of key initiatives and resourcing projects on time and within budget

Some of the projects you will work on include:
. EVP - Further embedding and refreshing the launched EVP.
. Careers Portal - Fully redesigning and positioning of the careers portal for internal employees and external candidates.
. Policy & Standards - Ensuring in conjunction with the Transformation that a globally harmonised Resourcing Policy is established, communicated and with appropriate governance.
. Executive Resourcing model - Establishing best practice approach guidelines and partnership for Executive hiring and review options for future state model.
. Quality of Hire - Developing testing and engaging with the onsite RPO solution to ensure a robust and commercial model to define Quality of Hire.

You will not only have functional experience in strategic resourcing but have excellent project management skills and methodologies. It is also important that you have worked on global projects and have managed multiple suppliers and vendors.
