My client an Acute NHS trust based in the Midlands is looking to engage a General Manager of Surgery to cover a period of change and transition. This is a key role, reporting into the Divisional Manager, providing key management support to help shape the future model of the directorate. The particular areas that this role will cover are Vascular, Urology and Breast surgery and services.

The interim will manage all governance and operational functions to ensure the smooth running of the department. You will have previous experience in an operational NHS Acute GM role and be able to act on your own initiative. The ideal candidate will have an operational background in Surgery but other areas will be considered.
