Projektbeschreibung
ROLE PURPOSE:
- Responsible for preparing timely and accurate monthly management accounts and other financial reports, complying with all relevant accounting policies and requirements
- Act as a financial partner to the relevant leadership teams to ensure all financial issues are robustly and effectively managed and reported
- Support operational management to drive business performance to achieve agreed targets
- Manage the balance sheet, cash flow and credit control routines in accordance with Group policy
- Work closely with the Commercial teams to understand and influence business performance and manage risks
- Prepare budgets, strategic road map and forecasts for the region
- Provide constructive challenge and input into project/contract review meetings to ensure that issues and risks are identified, reported and addressed
- Support tender review and/or tender adjudication meetings, as required
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Previous experience monitoring, reporting and analysing costs for major construction projects (£10m+ spend)
