Interim Engineering Manager - Pharmaceuticals

For an interim assignment for six months, we are now urgently looking for an Engineering Manager for one of the largest biotechnical CMOs in Europe, to be working in their site in the North of Holland.

Purpose of the job is to temporarily manage technology transfer of commercial projects and technologies from PD to Operations, as well as to manage the validation team and to lead the validation strategy of the site. Moreover, you will be managing the Engineering team to ensure the functionality of the buildings/premises and technical assets taking all the company's (cGMP) procedures into account. Also, a part of the job is to support Operate Plant Normal and manage Improve Plant processes, and to support the company's ambition to develop and maintain Biologics as a 'state of the art' facility.

We are looking for someone with a similar profile like the following:

*Multiple years experience in a managerial role
*Number of years of experience in an engineering function, preferably within an industrial environment for the production of pharmaceutical products.
*Vast experience in technology-related positions
*Experience with project management in a manufacturing environment
*Experience in a Biotech/Biopharma/GMP environment
