Interim Employee Relations Specialist - £65-75k

Global Investment Bank seeks talented ER Specialist for a VP Level role based in CanaryWharf.

Our client, a leading Global Investment Bank, is seeking to hire a VP Level ER Specialist on a 12 month FTC basis to cover a period of maternity leave.

Working closely with HR Business Partner and business managers, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Manage a varied and demanding caseload of Employee Relations issues.

To provide the business, either directly or via guidance to the HR Generalists with robust, pragmatic and technically informed ER guidance

To minimise the exposure of Employment Related litigation via the effective management of people issues

To support the pro-active knowledge up-skill of the business in dealing with a range of BAU ER issues

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, commercially wired individual to join an International bank with a great HR function.

Candidates should have extensive ER knowledge gained in either a specialist of HR generalist role in a large global matrix structured organisation.
