Interim Employee Engagement Communications Manager

Our Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Interim Employee Engagement Communications Manager, to help deliver a strong positive culture and employee engagement across multiple sites and the operational and policy areas of the organisation.

The roles will also involve:

- Delivering proactively in line with the communications strategy and key business objectives,
- Ensuring that communications products are designed with end user groups in mind,
- Developing an understanding of the organisations employees,
- Working with Internal Communications colleagues across the government, making sure the organisation is aligned with developments,
- Developing solutions for leadership communications, ensuring two-way communications are in place,
- Using digital and social media channels for more innovate approach to internal engagement,
- Building relationships with broad variety of stakeholders.

To be considered for this post you must have:

- Experience of delivering communication strategies within the public sector setting, ideally central government,
- Experience of using digital and social media channels to improve and promote internal engagement,
- Experience of delivering strong positive culture and employee engagement across multiple sites,
- Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, internal and external.
