Green Park is proud to be partnering a global household retailer throughout their continued expansion within both their high-street retail and wholesale offering by bringing to market this high profile, newly-created position of Interim Divisional Managing Director for Europe.

The Interim Assignment:
The Interim Divisional Managing Director for Europe will deliver the growth strategy for the region contributing to the overall global brand experience in partnership with the group business strategic growth plan. This will be executed through effective management and sole responsibility of the European P&L whilst displaying gravitas through executive leadership of the European team.

The Interim Divisional Managing Director for Europe will determine key business activities including the appropriate investments which will deliver both top and bottom line growth and innovation throughout the region whilst motivating the region to increase performance. Reporting to this role will be the European Executive Leadership team including Marketing, Buying and Merchandising, Multi-Channel/Digital and sub European Regional Directors.

The Interim Manager:
The Interim Divisional Managing Director must be at an Executive Leadership level as a Commercial Director/Regional Director or Managing Director of a P&L worth at least £300 Million per annum within Fashion and Apparel. You will need to have previously sat in a European lead role running large store networks as well as major wholesale distribution.
