Interim Director of Finance

Position is for 3 months initially whilst a permanent replacement is appointed. The post holder should have a sound understanding of Finance. The focus of this role is to primarily assist the Director of Strategic Development and the management population with the 2013 business and budget planning. Significant experience of these two areas is essential as is the ability to work with very senior stakeholders and where appropriate trustees. The ideal candidate should have experience of working with large complex budgets in organisations with a turnover of 50m plus. Ideal candidates should have previously held a Head of or Director position within a Finance function. The postholder will specifically be responsible for the business and budget planning, the day to day running of the Finance team will be undertaken by the current Head of Finance.

You sghould also be able to demonstrate considerable experience of managing teams with low morale and the motivation thereof.

This role is split between London (60%) & Birmingham (40% and could potentially become permanent if you were interested.
