This leading global brand require a Head of European B2B Sales for this brownfield site. Managing a team of circa 25 solution Sales Managers you will be responsible for the development of this organisations B2B sales strategy across Europe. This is a new role focused on the centralisation and development of an existing team in addition to the development of the overall B2B product. Successful candidates will have significant B2B solution sales experience across the UK and Europe, significant people management experience and have worked exclusively within household brands within the last five-ten year period of their career as essential experience. Additionally, we would welcome interest from individuals who have tangible and auditable experience of developing B2B solutions and taking them to market ideally within the travel or airline industry in addition to working in complex Matrix structures. Additionally, European sales experience and ideally the ability to speak multiple European languages would be very desirable. This role is initially on the market as a 1 year fixed term contract, if the validity in the role is proved, the role would become permanent. In reward you will receive a base salary to £150,000 per annum plus car and significant package. Interested parties, in the first instance, should forward their details.
