Interim Digital Merchandise/E-Commerce Manager - Apparel

THE CLIENT
Green Park is partnering a renowned global high street retailer through their continued development and brand repositioning across the high-street.

Due to internal movements, we require an Interim Digital Merchandise Manager to assist with a transition period of 3 months running a 7 person global digital merchandising function, this role will report directly to the Head of E-commerce.

THE INTERIM ASSIGNMENT
This will be a key assignment which encompasses everything digital merchandising; running a Cradle to grave digital merchandising function; full life cycle replenishment, planning, merchandise forecasting, team management and staff development all within an omni-channel environment.

THE INTERIM MANAGER
You will need to be an established Head of Digital Merchandise or E-commerce leader within a major fashion/apparel retail environment to be considered for this opportunity, this experience will ideally be based around fast fashion however we will consider apparel.

In addition to being a proven Head of Digital Merchandise/E-commerce we will also require an individual with superb management and interpersonal skills; you will be responsible for driving forward a newly established team as well as having exec stakeholder engagement, therefore as much as managing down will be of great importance, we will also need to see proven experience of managing up.
